Dr. Frank Taylor

Franklyn Thomas Taylor (formerly Franklyn Robbins) PhD is a retired professor of Sociology/Criminal Justice. He divides his time residing on the coast in Down East Maine and teaching part time for the University of Maine during the warmer months and winters in Florida where he has located the office of IPCA. He currently chairs the standards committee for the NEACJS and is a past president and long time executive director of the secretariat for that organization.
Dr Taylor was instrumental in the development of minimal standards for criminal justice education and has maintained in interest in security standards for over 45 yrs.
